A widget is served only when the campaign, Instagram connection, active theme, saved configuration, targeting, and plan eligibility all permit it.
- Set the campaign to Live.
- Connect a supported Instagram professional account.
- Enable and save the app embed in the active Shopify theme.
- Enable and save a widget available on the current plan.
- Confirm that targeting and frequency rules match the visitor.
